Shipping costs

  • Free shipping within Netherlands and Germany for an order value starting from €20.
  • Free shipping within the rest of Europe with an order value starting from €30 and from €50 in the rest of the world.
  • For orders below these amounts, the shipping costs are €4.95 for Netherlands and Germany. For all other countries this varies and you can consult the shipping options during checkout to see the costs.

Delivery time within the Netherlands

At SelfGem, we understand that you want to have your order at home quickly. That's why we offer fast delivery:

  • Order before 3:00 PM on a working day and receive your package the next day.
  • We do everything we can to process and ship your order quickly.

Note: Although we strive for timely delivery, unforeseand circumstances such as delays with the carrier, extreme weather conditions, or high demand during holidays may affect the delivery time. We ask for your understanding and do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery time to abroad

For international shipments, an average delivery time of 2 to 12 working days, depending on the distance from the Netherlands to the importing country. During checkout, you can enter your address to view the estimated delivery time and shipping options for your order.

Note: We are based in the Netherlands and are not responsible for any procedures, costs, or actions arising from importing goods outside of Europe. There may be additional costs when shipping abroad. We only cover the shipping costs. It is your responsibility to find out if there are additional costs for your country. We have no insight into the procedures of foreign customs services.

Minimum order amount

At SelfGem, we maintain a minimum order amount of €9. This helps us to ensure our service and quality. Unfortunately, orders below this amount cannot be placed.

Incorrect address

Always carefully check the address you enter when placing your order:

  • In case of shipping to an incorrect address, we can no refund offer.
  • Do you notice that the address is incorrect after placing your order? Please contact us immediately. If possible, we will try to adjust or cancel your order.

Delivery

We work together with renowned courier services such as POSTNL en DHL to ensure safe and timely delivery. These reliable partners ensure that your package is handled with care and delivered within the agreed time. Abroad, our carriers work together with the postal services of the importing country to complete the delivery.

Track order

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a track and trace code via email. This allows you to easily track the progress of your order and always have insight into the status and location of your package.
